Refund policy

Customers are able to return items within 10 days from when the order was received for an exchange or store credit.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Lullaby Baby & Child is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
â—Ź unworn
â—Ź unwashed
â—Ź with original tags and packaging intact
â—Ź free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 
    • All accessories (including belts, hats+hair, sunglasses, scarves, & bags).
    • All jewelry
    • All sale items
    • Teething, swimwear, underwear, pacifiers, footwear, meal items (plates, cups, spoons, etc) are all final sale due to hygienic purposes.

Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed once received at our physical store, and 1-3 business days for an exchange to be processed to your original form of payment.

If you would like to exchange  an item that was gifted to you, please email sales@shoplullaby.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
